How this program works:

Interactive Videos:

Each week you will watch a video and have a series of exercises and discussions related to that theme.

These videos will help you:

Have a better understanding of where you are, how you got to be where you are, and where you want to be.

Discover the strategies you use to protect yourself and how they have been part of your relationships

Recognize the patterns in your relationships, what causes them, and how to change them: Stop falling into the same type of relationship/person.

Learn to use your mind to change your brain: Change the way you feel towards yourself, others, and your relationships.

These exercises will help you acquire new tools to help you deal with your emotions better.

They will help you:

Pre and Post Assessments

Online assessments that will help you determine what you need to focus on.

They will allow you to:

Learn where you are in terms of symptoms related with:

  • • adjustment to your separation.

Have a test at the end of the program and see how you have improved and anything you still need to work on.
