How this program works:
Each week you will watch a video and have a series of exercises and discussions related to that theme.
These videos will help you:
Have a better understanding of where you are, how you got to be where you are, and where you want to be.
Discover the strategies you use to protect yourself and how they have been part of your relationships
Recognize the patterns in your relationships, what causes them, and how to change them: Stop falling into the same type of relationship/person.
Learn to use your mind to change your brain: Change the way you feel towards yourself, others, and your relationships.
Interactive Experiential Exercises:
These exercises will help you acquire new tools to help you deal with your emotions better.
They will help you:
Connect with your inner strengths
Learn strategies to stop reacting and be more in charge of your actions and life.
Experience giving support, kindness, acceptance, and compassion to yourself.
Find a calming and relaxing place within you and learn how to use it to regulate your emotions
Be part of a supportive community
This is a special community where you have the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships and find support when you need it.
In this community you will:
Find friendships and connect with others that are going through what you are going through
Experience that you are not alone: be part of something bigger
Laugh, play, cry, and connect through community activities.
Pre and Post Assessments
Online assessments that will help you determine what you need to focus on.
They will allow you to:
Learn where you are in terms of symptoms related with:
- • anxiety,
- • depression and
- • adjustment to your separation.
Have a test at the end of the program and see how you have improved and anything you still need to work on.
