Anxiety

Are you presenting physical symptoms that might be related with anxiety?

The Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) is a 21-question multiple-choice self-assessment that is used for measuring the severity of anxiety in adults. The questions ask about common symptoms of anxiety that you might have experienced during the past month. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Depression

Are you presenting any symptoms of depression? If so, how severe are the symptoms?

The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) is a 21-question, self-report rating inventory that measures the intensity, severity, and depth of depression. The BDI takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Divorce Acceptance

How am I adjusting to the end of my love relationship?

The Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale (FDAS) assesses your adjustment at the end of a love relationship. When taking the FDAS, you choose a response ranging from “almost always” to “almost never” for each of the 100 statements to reflect your current attitudes and feelings. The FDAS self-assessment takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
