1.1   Welcome to (“Moving On”), a Program to help people recover from divorce or separation. We offer a Program designated to assist you in overcoming the stress and pain of a broken relationship through our interactive videos, interactive exercises, professional support and an online community (the “Service”).

1.2   The Program is available through our Site (the “Site”). The Program, Services, and content (the “Content”) available on the Site are provided to you by Dr. C Therapist, PLLC.

1.3   This Privacy Policy governs the collection, usage, and storage of information obtained from Users through the usage of the Program and the Site. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, all references to Moving On include the Program, Service, Site, and Content.

1.4   Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. We will never share your personal information with any third party, but because we may gather certain types of information about our Users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and guidelines for the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

1.4   The private information you provide on the Site will be used only for its intended purpose. We do not sell, distribute or otherwise make available personal information to third-parties without your permission.

1.5   We will protect your information consistent with the principles of the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C, the E-Government Act of 2002, and the Federal Records Act.

If the changes to the Privacy Policy are significant in nature, we will notify you by e-mail, if your email address is available, prior to the changes becoming effective. 2.1   Moving On may require personal information in order to provide the Services and/or the Program. The information we collect is necessary to provide the Services and/or the Program, and we do not collect any information which is not strictly required by the nature of the Service.

2.2   Personal information which we may collect includes name, e-mail address, phone number, payment information (i.e., credit card, PayPal account), and other information which you may provide on your own accord. Not providing certain information may result in the, inter alia, inability to provide you with the Service and/or the Program.

2.3   Personal information we may also collect includes self-assessment results, answers to excesses and workbooks, progress logs, and blog postings, online conversations with/among Users, and other user interactions on the Site.

2.4   If you choose to provide us with personal information whether directly and/or indirectly on the Site, we may use that information to help us provide you with information and/or the Services and Program. We may also use the personal information to respond to any of your message(s) and/or feedback.

2.5   Moving On may keep track of the Content our Users visit within the Site, in order to, inter alia, provide and improve our services, customize services for you, better understand our Users, and diagnose and fix problems.


3.1   By visiting the Site, we automatically collect and store some non-identifiable information regarding your computer or mobile device and your activities. The information includes, inter alia: the internet domain name from which you access our Site (e.g., “” if you use a private internet access account, or “” if you connect from an educational domain); the internet protocol (“IP”) address (a unique number for each device connected to the Internet) from which you access our Site; the type of browser used to access our Site; the operating system used to access our Site; the date and time you access our Site; the Universal Resource Locators (“URLs”) or address of the pages you visit; your username, if it was used to log in to the Site; and if you visited this Site from another Site, the URL of the forwarding site.

3.2   We may collect other Information in order to improve the User’s experience and provide better service. This Information is not personally identifiable.

3.3   We may also automatically collect information about the web content you view in the event of a known security or virus threat.


4.1   The Site might use “cookies” in order to help improve the User experience. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit or revisit the site. We use your information to provide and improve our services, customize services for you, better understand our Users, diagnose and fix problems.


5.1   Moving On may be obliged to comply with Court orders and provide Information or parts of it in accordance with the order. We may access and/or disclose Information whenever we believe in good faith that the Law so requires, such as to comply with a litigation, or that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others.

5.2   We may disclose your information if your life is in danger or you suffer from suicidal thoughts in order to protect your safety or safety of others.

5.3   Personal information may also be used to protect and safeguard the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, intellectual property rights or safety of Moving On, Dr. C Therapist, PLLC, or any of our owners, managers, directors, employees, agents, partners, advertisers or affiliates,

5.4   You can access and review the personal information in accordance with applicable laws and upon a written request. We will provide you with access to your personal information within a reasonable time from the receipt of the request.

5.5   We may sometimes deny your request under relevant laws. You can request to verify, update or correct personal information provided. We might require a photo ID in order to determine your identity.


6.1   Moving On secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

6.2   We endeavor to maintain appropriate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of personal information. This also applies to our disposal or destruction of personal information. We keep the personal information we collect about you strictly confidential. Only authorized personnel have access to this personal information.

6.3   All information and communication is encrypted, ensuring the highest level of security of the data. All communication between you and the Site is encrypted using an SSL connection.


7.1   The Site may contain links to other external Sites that do not fall under our domain. Moving On is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external Sites. If you choose to follow such links to external Sites, you do so at your own risk.
